The room itself was fine, once we were finally able to get into the building and find the Suite.
In the building area there was an office that was open and they were very accommodating and generously found an office space to lock up our luggage while we were trying to find out where to go. They even were starting to find us another place to stay nearby because they were closing their office at 5pm and we needed to get our luggage out.
Booking.com and communication with the property owner was horrible. There was no street address that was specific to the property entrance. Serine Suite 1-2 was not the address. We arrived about 11:00am and walked all over the place, asked various people in the building where this place was. We were not given any instructions of how to get in until many hours after arrival (almost 5:00pm) and numerous phone calls that were not answered or hung up on. Booking.com needs to vet the property owners and test the directions to the property. It took almost 6 hours to receive notice of the instructions where the entrance to property was, and only then were we able to find the "Serene Suites 1-2". That is NOT the street address. It is an apartment on the upper floor of a building that has entry codes to get in. Nowhere on the outside of the building does it say "Serene Suites 1-2". That is the property owners vision, not the property address. There was no table or place in the kitchen/living room to eat.

We got there abit early and the host let us in before the check-in time, location is good has a see view, 2 minute drive to the cruise.

There was no breakfast. Kitchen facilities were sufficient, but there was no kitchen table to have the meal!
The view from the balcony was great.
We did not know that this was not a hotel until our arrival! Fortunately, the other room was booked by a couple who travel with us. Otherwise, we would be uncomfortable to share the accommodation with strangers! We did not like that there was no lock to enter the premises. The only locks were to the 2 bedrooms, rented by 2 separate patrons. And only one bedroom has an on-suite bathroom.
