Convenience of location, clean and good value for money.
No WiFi, additional toiletries needed as 1 shampoo/ shower gel not enough for 2 people

Oxford rooms staff were very helpful over the phone when the pin code did not come through via yourselves
Again been let down by booking.com, no easy way of contacting you when there is a problem, just like the last time when you booked me into a hotel that had been shut for several months. Booking has lost my business over the last couple of year which equate to about 30 booking that now have been done with other provider, and after this experience again probably wont use you again until you start having real people to talk to when there are problems

Cute little room, very good value for money for last minute nights out in Southampton
The only thing I didn’t like was the stairs buuut it’s because my suitcase was really heavy

Very noisy and not the most comfortable bed.
