One of the men working on reception was really nice and helpful, the other obviously new was very rude and very grumpy. We nearly missed our flight as he hadn't booked a taxi even though he said he had
The more senior man on reception was excellent and a credit to the hotel we arrived religiously early and despite booking in time being 2.00pm he hot us a room by 11.30am. The second man was very unhelpful and very rude to is and other customers
