My first solo holiday and this apartment was absolutely perfect in every way 👏. Spotlessly clean and everything you need for the perfect stay. Location in Santiago is super as its so close to everything and especially the Guagua bus service. From my first communication with owner to leaving yesterday nothing was a problem. There is also a lift in the apartment block for anyone that may struggle with stairs and a dino market right at the front door. So private and internet access is super. I could write all day long about how perfect my stay here was ❤️i will definitely be returning and full credit to the owner for such a beautiful and perfect apartment 👏👏❤️

The entire residential complex was very pleasant to stay. The apartment has everything one needs and I wasn’t missing anything.
For the traveling couple the bed could be a bit tight, if one used to the hotel sized bed. But for me as solo was perfect.

La Terraza y sus vistas y la Ubicación cerca de la Playa de la Arena y Los Gigantes
Creo que este Apartamento necesita ya una buena reforma pues está bastante dejado.
El dormitorio muy pequeño, con manchas en las paredes y cortinas que no llegan al final de las ventanas y en mal estado.
Los utensilios de cocina muy desgastados por el uso.
TV pequeña y sofá incomodo.
Hormigas
Polvo en rodapies y rejillas de aireación.
El precio del apartamento es muy bueno, pero si se mejora el aspecto y confort se puede pagar algo más y que el usuario esté mas satisfecho.

Location was very good, the flat was clean, very well furnished and equipt with the necessary equipment sufficient for stay.
I can't recall anything bad.
