Very disappointing apartment

Spacious apartment, great location, good showers, excellent TV.

It's a very dark apartment at street level, a bit like a cave... the photos are misleading and there were too many light switches (a ridiculous number) with no indication of which switch operated which light. WiFi does not extend across the whole apartment. The incorrect WiFi password was given and I had to find the correct password in the apartment. When I asked the agent via booking.com, I was told that the (wrong) password was correct and to restart my phone and try again. I supplied the correct password which I found on a piece of laminated card and sent it to the agent but received no acknowledgement. The apartment is not soundproofed and there was a lot of noise from the apartment next door, voices sounded like they were in the apartment with us. It was a very uncomfortable bed in one of the bedrooms, it had a thin mattress and a flimsy bed frame. It felt like it would break. An unwashed duvet cover was provided in the other bedroom, only a clean sheet had been put underneath it. The towels were not thoroughly cleaned and had stains on them. The ironing board had no cover. The kitchen facilities were limited, with no deep breakfast bowls, only one dish-cloth to wipe the surfaces with and the dish drainer had nothing underneath for the water to drain on. There was exposed wiring and there were exposed screws throughout the apartment. The seat of one of the chairs fell through when my little boy sat on it and he could have been hurt. The dining furniture was very poor quality and one of the chairs was stained and dirty. One of the plug sockets was hanging off the wall in the small bedroom. There were not enough hooks in the bathroom or anywhere else to hang wet towels on. The shower mat was old and grubby. The kitchen cabinets were poor quality. All in all it was a very mediocre apartment and the price was definitely not good value for money. Very disappointed and won't use this apartment again.

La ubicación y la decoración de salón y zona común. Mucho espacio para comer y para sofás.

3 de las 4 camas eran incomodísimas. Tanto los colchones como las almohadas eran terribles. En los baños no había ni una sola percha en la que colgar una toalla, ni la del lavabo ni las de la ducha. Y la insonorización inexistente.
