Très belle halte à recommander, très loin du tumulte du monde actuel...

Hébergement assez facile à localiser du fait de sa situation face à la cathédrale. Attention à l'étroitesse du portail lorsque vous accèdez en voiture au petit parking de l'hôtel. Chambre pour 2 personnes située au fond d'un long couloir, spacieuse et confortable. SdB idem. Ascenseur très pratique, notamment pour les personnes âgées et/ou à mobilité réduite. Salle de petit déjeuner immense et choix de mets intéressant. Personnel accueillant et flexible.

Amazing location.

The location is sublime. Step out the front door of the College and the Cathedral is right there. I can't imagine a more beautiful location. I had a single and the room was basic and plain (but quite spacious) and the price was a bargain. The breakfast was tasty and solid. I was very glad to have chosen to stay here.

Calmest atmosphere, a peaceful place to rest.

Peaceful atmosphere. Good security. Nice night staff. Amazing location. Bed was solid, which I find comfy. Water pressure in showers was pretty good. Breakfast delicious!

Kettle had a wild amount of limescale inside! But everything else was great.

Excellent location, would stay again

Excellent location next door to catherderal, comfortable residential college, breakfast was great, excellent parking facilites staff helpful. Ample resturants and pubs for meals in walking distance.

Can’t wait to come again.

Beautiful setting, peaceful and quiet right in the centre of the city with parking. Warm and friendly greeting, relaxed atmosphere, all the facilities we needed plus great breakfast.

The bed was a bit hard for me, but other than this it was perfect.

Characterful property in a great location with an excellent breakfast. Budget rooms a bit too basic for the price.

Location excellent. Breakfast excellent. Clean and adequate room.

The budget rooms seem a bit overpriced for the standard of them. Very basic facilities and no hairdryer in the room.

Only in Salisbury for one night and location to the centre was a bonus.

We didn’t take breakfast. Location was brilliant. Bedding and towels were clean and plenty of tea/coffee. Plenty of hot water and room lovely and warm. Would definitely recommend o and hopefully stay again. We got a key to get in gate if we were going to be out late.

The heart of Salisbury

Warm clean room. Excellent breakfast buffet with particularly impressive poached eggs. Obliging courteous staff. And of course a truly fabulous location.

Very convenient for the conference venue and good value for money.

The breakfast was excellent.

Someone to be there when we arrived at 10pm on the first night. We were at a conference. We called in at 1pm before the conference started but told we couldn't book in then.

Amazing location, very clean, warm atmosphere due to its spirituality.

Very very clean and comprehensive breakfast. For example it seemed like homemade fruit compote for breakfast as well as full cooked breakfast, gluten free options and plant milks. If you’re used to hotels this will be different as it’s a college albeit for adults. It is a quiet, peaceful incredible location in cathedral close. It felt safe. The rooms are superbly clean and calm. I took kettle and tea/coffee. Communal facilities downstairs with fresh milk. Library can be used for reading whilst there. On site parking. Feels very special to stay so close to the cathedral in a building with related history. No television was fine for me as I wanted to be reflective. Bed was quite hard but that’s so personal. Extra blankets in room. Overall so lovely

Gluten free bread would ideally be seeded or brown. Noisy doors at night but it all went quiet about 10.30 and perhaps that depends on where your room is and how close to certain doors. My en suite had a bath but some just have a shower.

Lovely building but room itself wasn’t great .

The exterior of the building and some of the interior was quite grand . Breakfast was excellent.

Ended up with pokey little room badly furnished at the end of a long corridor with an uninspiring view .

Quiet, comfy bed, felt safe, able to open window. Staff friendly.

It would have been nicer to have some freshly chopped fruit and a choice of scrambled or fried egg.

Furniture getting old and in lounge grubby Mattress way too soft Room decor tired Dripping shower Noise - lots of banging and knocks and creeks Most annoying was doors opening and shutting and people walking like elephants down the passage way - ought to be signs and info to keep noise down and take off shoes

An amazing location and a top-notch breakfast!

A fabulous stay here with a large group of friends. The location is simply wonderful, the rooms were comfortable, the staff very welcoming and helpful, and the breakfast was excellent. There was an issue with one of the rooms but when raised with staff it was dealt with promptly.

I was very sorry to leave after only two days and hope to return again in the near future.

I never made the breakfast but my friends told it was lovely.

Our group stayed two nights and honestly I had nothing to complain about. It was exactly what we needed - perfect location.

I relished the peace and tranquillity of this beautiful, historic site

The accommodation was in a stunningly lovely, historic part of town. It was wonderful to enjoy the peace and tranquillity of the area around the cathedral, I really had not expected this. The staff were lovely and my room, though fairly basic as I had expected in a student accommodation area, was spotless and the bed was just right for me. An outstanding breakfast too. I'm hoping to return very soon!

It's always nice to have an en suite but I was very happy with the facilities and having stayed at many sites using student accommodation, this was very much on a par - and in fact much better - than most.

Wonderful

fabulous location and lovely accommodation. The breakfast is excellent

I stayed in two rooms during my stay and the mattress on the first bed ( in room 334) was exceptionally hard! The second was a bit better as it seemed to be more 'worn in'. I actually have a bad back after a serious injury 10 years ago, so appreciate a firm mattress, but the first mattress in particular took a bit of getting used to. But I really enjoyed staying there and look forward to returning.

beautiful location - great spacious room with an anti - room /library - lots of character and right next to cathedral - excellent breakfast - so glad we stayed here rather than one of here local hotels

Pleasant

Amazing location opposite the cathedral. Easy parking. City centre close by for restaurants and shops. Plenty to see and do in the area. Very good value. Canteen-style breakfast. Helpful staff.

Room basic. Mine not en suite. But it is good value. Bit of a trek to the room. Like being back at college!
