Some nice touches such as free breakfast cereals, milk, tea, coffee and toiletries not usually provided by self catering accommodation and which were appreciated. Good location and reasonable value for what we paid overall.
The property is very tired - could use a lick of paint. The shower and bathroom in particular. Out dated and need replacing -the toilet needed a few flushes on several occasions- in fact the whole toilet/tiny shower unit area needs renewed - the shower tray overflowed a couple of times during our stay and was slow to drain away. The patio area is neglected and drab and a facelift with some pots and tidy up of the outside storage area would make it a pleasant area to sit with a drink/coffee. The mattress is very soft and wasn't to our taste but we slept ok after the first night. If not for these minor aspects, this would have been an 8, but it wasn't unpleasant and about what we expected for the money.

Good location near the city centre, very comfortable and quiet despite bedroom being on the road. Staff were very accommodating and allowed us to store bags in the day of our check out. Great value for a weekend stay.
The interior decor is a little rough around the edges

The location was great. It was a spacious place with a courtyard. Real coffee and take away cups was a nice touch. Thank you. The bed was soft.
The bathroom wasn't clean. It looks like there's a leak as the floor looked damp. There were hairs around the shower. The flat above has a bathroom in the corridor outside, which meant they were banging the door every time they used it. The kitchen was ok.
