Great location to walk into Salisbury's Cathedral Close, also bus stop right outside.
The staff were friendly and helpful. Food was very good.
We had an "accessible" room, so the wet room was great.
However, the room was dark with only a small window and no view. Only one upright chair and the bed was extremely soft.
We would not have been happy if we'd booked for more than two nights.

Really enjoyed our stay here. The property itself was lovely, and the surrounding area was really nice too. The staff were friendly, welcoming and very helpful throughout our stay. The location was also ideal, being within easy walking distance of the town centre and Salisbury Cathedral. The rooms were nice and comfortable, and the breakfast buffet was really good, with plenty of choice. Overall, a great place to stay and we’d happily return
There was a wedding taking place at the property during our stay. This wasn’t a problem at all, and we completely understood that the hotel was catering for the event.
However, at times it did feel slightly awkward using some of the shared areas of the property while the wedding was going on, as it felt like we were getting in the way a little. This was only a minor issue and didn’t really affect our overall stay
