Good location but the apartment could be better.

Central location, just a few steps from the main street

It is right on the street, with no doors to separate the bedroom, and the second room is underground without any windows

Excellent position. Supermarkets close to the apartment.

The location on the map is not the correct one.. The apartment was infested with cockroaches (blatte). We slept there for 6 nights: shampoo/shower products were absolutely not sufficient (only 1 day enough..), tovels not sufficient, no apartment cleaning for 1 week! Very noisy during the night due to the street washing/cleaning (when the street is washed, the water enters under the door). The room under the street floor is cold and humid, even in summer. It is not possible to store the luggage the day of departure.

La posizione è sicuramente il punto di forza della struttura. Più o meno vicino al centro. Molte delle attrazioni di Madrid raggiungibili a piedi

La struttura è un po' umida soprattutto nella seconda stanza posizionata al piano inferiore e quindi sotto il livello della strada . Manca un armadietto per appendere vestiti.
