The host was exceptionally helpful. The location was perfect. There's a really good restaurant across the street. And it's within walking distance to a lot of other restaurants and ice cream places as well as the Bahai Gardens.

Location
It is not an hotel as advertised. The so called "garden" is a car parking with some artificial grass. The so called "view" is through a 60x60 window from which you can see the so called "garden" only if you stand up next to it.
The toilet is part of the room. If your roommate uses the toilet you will get the smell in the room.
