Best hotel in Bukovel, and I would say all of Ukraine. Location, staff, facilities and rooms are 10/10. I can not speak highly enough about the reception staff who are helpful, polite, efficient and a credit to the hotel management. I drive west every few weeks from Dnipro, and I drive 3.5 hours out of my way to stay here for a couple days relaxation on my return trip. If you stay anywhere else in Bukovel, you are missing out.

Swimming pools and SPA
Noise around almost all days from the early morning because of repairments and new construction.
Cancelled regular breakfasts for the half of our accommodation ((
Rude personnel in restaurant but very good on reception and SPA.
After a very long history of staying with you we decided with a high probability try next time something else ((
