Great central location, light and spacious studio with all necessary amenities for a short stay, happy that our dog was welcome too. We were on the second floor and had a roof terrace, which was a pleasant surprise.
The mattress seemed to be ready for a replacement (started to sag) and I think there are better / cleaner ways to deter pigeons from the terrace than the nasty gel/glue that is placed everywhere.

After we got the hang of the coded entry instructions, it had everything we needed with a kitchenette and laundry down stairs. Bob was around in the mid morning or afternoon and available online so that was nice. We didn't utilize them, but lots of extras available in room, like shopping sack, yoga mat, hair dryer etc. That was a nice touch. We felt it was a short walk to old town so we liked location, then you can spit on the train station the other direction yet never heard one! About 4 parking spaces in front and we felt lucky to have gotten one.
With no front desk we had to add our passport online, which was a bit odd. Our concern was that it is all keyless so you have to download on your phone the entry app and must use it to get in your room every time, no leaving phone behind or having battery die. Worried us at first but then just made sure it was on both our phones.

Lovely place, very close to the center of Lübeck.
We were lucky with the parking also.
