Great location. Nice room with balcony.
I messed up not checking in before arriving(My bad). There was no one to contact so after checking in online we were given a WhatsApp message providing steps to pass through three security doors to gain access to our room. We were exhausted after a 33km day so it was a hassle we didn''t need.

Location good just off the Camino. Room and bathroom basic but comfortable.
Had to enter through 3 doors and each time with a code as it was self checkin. Bit of a struggle. Third floor so not easy to get in and get out with all the codes but thankfully there is an elevator. We were given a terrace room on 4th floor which we would have had to climb a spiral narrow staircase after the elevator to third floor so we had to refuse. We had large suitcases so we were out on third floor.
