The location was amazing, the property was exceptional and the host was lovely, friendly and welcoming. For families or just a couple that want to be near Perth or Edinburgh but not in the city this is the perfect place, we will defiantly be looking to stay again.

It was beautiful inside and out. It was clean, comfortable, well furnished and unique. The plants, pots and baskets outside added to the beauty. Liked being next to the water wheel. Enjoyed the games room.
Nothing. An upstairs toilet would have been a bonus but knew there wasn’t one so no problem.

The hard pillows ,not used to them and there wasn't a top sheet for using if feeling warm in the night ,as temperatures were varied .

Excellent conversion, all facilities provided and the outdoor seating by the stream is idyllic.
Found the slightly creaky spiral staircase a little disconcerting, otherwise nothing
