Located in Mooresville, this attractive house for $371 per night is a great choice for your next break. Welcome to Kingfisher Cabin! If the cabin is unavailable for your dates or you are interested in a smaller home, please consider our other home Green Heron Cottage, Listing number 48962879. There are 3 paddleboards, 3 kayaks (2 adult and 1 child), 1 canoe, floating lounges and wonder noodles as well as some water toys and beach towels available to use during your stay. There are lots a places here to relax and enjoy the lake - my favorite is in an adirondack chair by the fire pit! There is a large table with banquet seating on the covered deck, perfect for enjoying coffee and breakfast with your friends and family. A couch, chairs and outdoor beanbag lounges on the lower porch for sipping a beverage with friends. A table and chairs lakeside for eating lunch while fishing and swimming. A set of folding lounge chairs for the dock so you can catch up on your summer reading. The kitchen is fully appointed with dishes, utensils, cookware and small appliances including a blender, coffee maker, toaster and crock pot. There are also some cooking basics such as common spices, flour, sugar, oil and coffee. A 36" Blackstone griddle is located on the upstairs deck, close to the kitchen. There are 4 bedrooms in the home. The first has a king bed. The second bedroom has a queen bed. The third has a Twin XL. The fourth is a basement bunk room with a full sized top bunk over a full bottom bunk as well as a separate twin xl. Crib and highchair provided. There is wireless internet available as well as 4 flat screen TV's with Roku, Hulu, Netflix and Disney+ services. There are also books, board games and cards. A full bath upstairs with combined tub and shower, and a full bath downstairs with walk-in shower. The basement also features a foosball table, kitchenette with a second full sized fridge and laundry facilities. The home is located within walking distance of Stumpy Creek Park & Marina. Guests will have full use and access to the entire home and private use of the dock while staying at the cabin. For the safety and security of the home, ourselves and our guests, we have 3 exterior cameras located on the exterior of the property. They view the driveway, front door and backyard

We loved this lake rental! We will absolutely return to this house. The house is very cute and plenty of room. The outside space and dock are perfect for hanging out and enjoying the water. Everything we had hoped for our weekend at the lake, and more!

This house was simply Amazing for our family's four day getaway before school started. Grandkids ages were 3,4,5,14, and 16. There were a total of nine of us. The house has Everything you need and so Much more!!! All the kids had a blast with the kayaks, canoe, body boards, swimming and fishing. Just Loved Everything about this home!! We were thrilled with our stay! The house was clean and updated. The host provided everything you would need for a comfortable getaway. All you had to bring was your suitcase and toothbrush! Loved having use of the water craft--paddle boards and canoe etc... Our week was rainy, but the covered back porch was an asset and a great place for the family to have dinner and relax in the evenings.

The property has everything you need. If you have a boat, it is deep water at the dock. The house was perfect, and we loved the view from all the seating locations. The outdoor fire pit and covered porch were enjoyed by everyone. The coffee station was a bonus.

We had four adults and two teens and the kingfisher provided plenty of space. It had everything you could possibly need. It was very clean and matched the description and pictures exactly. The area felt safe and we would definitely stay here again. All ages 75-15 were well accommodated and had a great time!

Stay that exceeded all expectations!!

Our stay at this property exceeded all of our expectations! We came with family to spend 5 days/4 nights at the lake with people ages 7-50+. This property slept 8 very comfortably and provided plenty of activities for people of all ages. The house was very clean and well kept, with tons of towels provided for your stay, and lots of very fun and creative signs around the house to remind you of how to care for the place during you’re stay. We had the opportunity to swim in the lake, utilizing the provided floats and life jackets, and even go for a ride in the provided kayaks! We even rented a boat for a couple days that we were very easily able to park at the dock. Jennifer (owner) even went out of her way to install a brand new dock ladder on our second day so that we could enjoy our time swimming in the lake! The dock is shaded about half of the day thanks to the huge beautiful trees on the property, so it’s a great place to enjoy some drinks and chill by the water. 10/10 recommend staying here!

Our family of four stayed here for a week in June. We have rented several vacation homes over the years and never found one as stocked as this one. EVERYTHING is included. Paper towels, tissues, soap, detergent, coffee, spices, bed linens, towels, and anything you can think of. Bring your clothes and some food. The house is immaculate and decorated nicely. Our teenage kids loved it! We went swimming everyday off the dock. Paddle boarding, canoe rides and rented a jet ski from a local marina one day. The area is very quiet and the neighbors are friendly. A short drive into town for everything you could possibly need. We will definitely be back.

Booked for a long weekend around a lacrosse tournament nearby. The house was the perfect place to unwind after a day of lacrosse for the parents and kids. House was clean, updated and had everything we could need for our lake days (towels, life vest and water toys). Having more than one washer and dryer cut down our laundry time and let us hang out with our friends. House is perfect for two families and the downstairs area was a great hangout spot for our kids (age 6-14). We enjoyed the stay and the quite provided by the cove and house. Must stay of you are in the area.
