Relax and unwind in this beautiful Palm Beach Club condo on the west end of Pensacola Beach, including beach views of the sound and across the street from the Gulf of Mexico. Remodeled in 2020 and newly furnished in 2022, Joyful Peace provides all the comforts needed to help you escape to a vacation on the “Edge of Paradise.” Beach access is one of the premiere features. The beach on the sound directly behind the property offers calm waters for young children, but if you prefer the gulf beach, it’s just a 2-minute walk across the street. Being adjacent to Fort Pickens National Seashore State Park provides 7 miles of undeveloped beach on both the Gulf of Mexico and the sound, offering plenty of space for everyone.
Joyful Peace is a 3-bedroom/3-bathroom condo (note: one bedroom is a LOFT BEDROOM, but has its own bathroom) that sleeps up to 8 people MAX including children! Please be aware that the 8-person maximum occupancy is strictly enforced by the HOA and if violated, you will be asked to leave, you WILL NOT be refunded for the unused portion of your stay and you will lose your security deposit.
This unit is on the second floor with convenient elevator access as well multiple sets of stairs to reach the unit. This is A TRI-LEVEL CONDO WITH STAIRS BETWEEN THE LEVELS. If any member in your group has mobility issues with stairs, this might not be the best fit for you. The video and photos share every aspect of the condo layout and are a great way to ensure it’s a fit for your needs.
YOU MUST BE 25 to book this condo AND be staying in the condo during the duration of the reservation.

- CONDO DETAILS AND AMENITIES –
This rental comfortably fits 8 people in three bedrooms. Each bedroom has a dedicated bathroom for privacy. The living spaces offer plenty of space for everyone to stretch out and relax.

KITCHEN: This galley style kitchen has modern appliances to serve all your needs. It’s fully equipped with utensils, pots, pans, coffee maker, etc., leaving you wanting for nothing.
LAUNDRY: There is a full-size washer and dryer for your convenience.
LIVING/DINING ROOM: The dining area is off the kitchen with a large oak table for your family meals and game night. A large sectional couch in the living area sits directly across from a 65” Roku television for kicking back to enjoy the game, movie, etc. There are also books and many games for all ages such as cards, poker chips, chess, backgammon, dominoes, Monopoly, Guesstures, Jenga, Chutes & Ladders, Rummikub, Uno, Crazy Eights, Slap Jack, Go Fish and Old Maid.
BEDROOMS:
* Master bedroom: King size bed with a 55” Roku television. A dedicated bathroom including a standup shower with a view of the sound (also with curtains for privacy) allows a shower while viewing the beach and sound.
* Second bedroom: Queen size bed, twin bed and twin bed trundle comfortably sleeps 4. A 43” Roku television for enjoying the game, movie, etc. A dedicated bathroom with standup shower.
* Loft bedroom: King size bed with a 43” Roku television. A dedicated bathroom with a tub/shower combo.
THE “NOOK:” A cozy seating area to kick back, relax and/or read while viewing the Gulf of Mexico.
TELEVISIONS: All televisions are Roku televisions that allow you to use guest mode to login to your own streaming services. Guest mode will automatically clear all your information on the date you specify (checkout date) to protect your privacy. All televisions except the loft bedroom include local cable broadcast.
WI-FI: Free Wi-Fi to support all your device needs.

- OUTDOOR FEATURES -
BALCONIES: There is a balcony off the Master Bedroom and off the main living area, each furnished with seating for gathering and enjoying the view while you take in a cool beverage.
PARKING: The condo has gated entry for your privacy. The condo has two dedicated covered parking spots as well as overflow first come first serve parking.
STORAGE SHED: The condo has a storage shed in the covered parking space area with 8 chairs, 4 umbrellas and beach wagon for guest use. Please DO NOT take sandy chairs and items up to the condo but instead use the shed on the ground floor.

- BEACH ACCESS AND USE -
Pensacola beach has ample public beaches, with more than enough room for everyone. The “baby” beach behind the condo on the sound is calm and tranquil. The Gulf of Mexico is just across the street. Being adjacent to Fort Pickens National Seashore State Park provides 7 miles of undeveloped beach on both the Gulf of Mexico and the sound, offering seemingly endless beach.

Dining: Peg Leg Pete’s is the closest restaurant at 0.9miles away and the Pensacola Beach center at Casino Beach is only 2.2 miles away, where you will find numerous restaurants for all tastes. Even more dining options are available as you travel on Pensacola Beach Boulevard with the Grand Marlin at the bridge offering some of the finest dining for that special occasion.
Downtown Pensacola: Looking for a change of pace? Head to downtown Pensacola (11 miles away) for restaurants at all levels of dining and pricing, coffee shops, a brewery, a whiskey bar, numerous shops, music, the museum of art, and more.
