Situated in Fountain Hills, this lovely house for $3,000 per night is a great option for your next break. You will be staying at the most luxurious mansion in the NE Scottsdale Area with the best views of any rental. We are proud to offer our newest vacation estate, Casa Panoramic Views. This 7500 square foot mansion has it all which includes the best views, massive game room, high end kitchen with the highest quality appliances, heated pool with a huge wall fire feature fountain, 11 king beds, hot tub, an entire 18-hole golf course (contact for details) and more! The estate is situated on 1 acre and is one of the only estates in the entire Scottsdale area that has views of every desired outdoor scene possible in the area. The views include city lights, Mcdowell Mountain, canyon, Golf Course, 4 Peaks Mountain, and miles of desert scenery. The home features 6 bedrooms with 11 king beds! The estate has one of the best outdoor living pool areas available in Scottsdale! Enter through custom double doors to the residence’s grand foyer that leads to the main level social areas. A large game room has billiards, ping pong and foosball tables as well as an arcade with 1600+ different games for endless hours of fun. Next is a great room with soaring ceilings, a luxe seating area centered around a gas fireplace, huge smart TV, and a separate desk for virtual commuting or studies. Both areas have large sliding glass doors that allow for a seamless flow directly to an expansive balcony with panoramic views The estate’s designer kitchen is every chef’s dream with high end appliances including a 6-burner Thermador gas range, double ovens, wine fridge as well as a premium housewares package for creating and serving any type of meal. An island with bar seating is awash with the glow of suspended pendant lights, offering a perfect area for morning coffee from the Kuerig or overflow seating. An elegant dining area with views framed by oversized windows completes the heart of the home. The main dining table has been nicknamed the King's Table. It is the largest circular table we have seen in an estate and is comprised completely of thick solid granite. Four bedrooms are located on the main level, including the exclusive master suite with grand king bed, smart TV, walk-in closet, private access to the main level balcony, and ensuite bath. A jetted tub under a large picture window, separate walk-in rain shower, dual vanity sinks, and convenient washer and dryer are hallmarks of the master bathroom. Bedroom two has 2 king beds, a walk-in closet, ensuite bath with full shower, and floor-to-ceiling glass doors leading to the balcony. Bedrooms three and four each have two 2 king beds, a TV, and glass doors that access the balcony. These rooms share a Jack-and-Jill style bathroom smartly separated for privacy by doors between the vanities and shared shower area. Also on the main level is a guest powder room and completely stocked laundry room with more views! Enjoy garage access here as well, with generous space for 3 vehicles plus recreational gear. There is additional parking for 2 cars in the driveway. On the estate’s lower level are bedrooms five and six. Each bedroom has 2 king beds and a TV plus access to the lower-level patio. These bedrooms share the estate’s fourth full bath with a walk-in shower and vanity sink. The lower level is also home to a cozy lounge ideal for gathering to watch the big game on the smart TV with nearby kitchenette and bar for stocking snacks and enjoying a refreshing adult beverage. A poker table has been added to the lower level for elevated fun with family and friends. Nearly every room in the home leads to the estate’s unparalleled outdoor living areas where the main attraction is a pool with optional heating and large water wall that is perfect for year-round swims. Tucked in an intimate corner beside the pool is an outdoor gas fireplace, built-in huge stainless steel grill, and dinging area. The expansive bi-level balcony has multiple seating areas with comfy chairs and chaises, two gas fire pits, and a secluded covered hot tub. Unmatched views of mountains, canyons, desert scenery, city lights, a golf course, and the majestic sunsets Arizona is famous for can be appreciated from every vantage point across the space. There is even an entire 18 hole golf course just down the hill! (contact for details) Pool heating is optional and the extra fees are: - 85.00 per day to 80 degrees OR -100.00 per day to 83 degrees OR -125.00 per day to 86 degrees Please let me know a few days prior to arrival so we can have it heated for you. The estate is only 25 minutes to Old Town Scottsdale and only 35 minutes to Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport

The views are just spectacular. It is a beautiful home with more than enough room to house an entire platoon. Close to just about anything you may need and away from the craziness of big city traffic. Great hikes nearby and plenty to keep you entertained indoors too! If I want to nitpick, could be better stocked with some more cooking pots and kitchen gadgets.

We had a wonderful stay at this property. The views are truly unparalleled and it was amazing to be able to see every mountain range surrounding Fountain Hills. The house had plenty of space and was well-stocked with anything a family would need on a vacation. We hope to stay at this gorgeous home in the future.

Beautiful home. Lots of room to spread out. So many king sized beds, usually two per bedroom. Great view. Quiet neighborhood. Golfing galore. Responsive owner who returns communications within the hour. I would and plan to rent again.

We had the distinct pleasure of renting out Andrew’s property for a joint 40th Birthday party for myself and Sweet 16 for my oldest. We absolutely loved the place and our youngest even made a sad face with the billiard balls when we left. We were all so sad to leave but hope to stay there again soon!! Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for an amazing property!!

The minute we walked through the front door we were in awe of the property and the surrounding views. The property was spacious and laid out perfectly for our group. The game room was a crowd favorite. I highly recommend this property!

Overall excellent property with phenomenal views. A bit of street noise from Palisades but that can be drown out by the pool waterfall! It worked very well for our group of 14. I was impressed with the communication from management and I will use them again. 5+ stars!

Words cannot describe this magnificent rental. It was everything we wanted and more. House was spacious for our group of 20, gaming area was complete with all sorts of entertaining fun, the house was absolutely beautiful and comfortable. Host had everything and more then enough of everything to make the stay comfortable. The Host was exceptional and responded QUICKLY to any questions prior to arrival and during our stay. The views. If you rent this house for the seclusion and views along.... you won’t be disappointed. We Will definitely stay here again next year.

We spent a few days at this desert paradise and wished we could have stayed longer. The home exceeded our expectations in being beautiful, clean, stocked, and having the absolute best views ever! Our family had enough space to spread out or be together, depending on the moment. We spent most of our time on the large balcony pondering the amazing views or poolside enjoying the refreshing water and spectacular views. Indoor living spaces are elegant and cozy. The beds are new and comfortable. We thank you for having king beds and TV’s in every bedroom! Downtown Scottsdale, with its unique restaurants and shopping, was a short drive. This was the perfect escape for us and a top shelf experience from start to finish. We absolutely recommend this house!
