Located in Happy Valley, this lovely house for $224 per night is a great choice for your next vacation. Inside Space: There are three bedrooms, all located upstairs with stylish, mostly brand-new furniture, and comfortable new mattresses. The first room is a master suite with a King-sized bed with a full bath and a walk-in closet. In addition, there is a TV in the Master room that has Xfinity TV, Netflix, Amazon Video, HBO Max, Peacock, Disney Plus, & Hulu. The second room has a comfortable Queen-sized bed with a closet. The third bedroom has a bunk bed with a Full and Twin sized beds for the kids. Also, there is second full bathroom upstairs for the convenience of the guests. Downstairs has a two living rooms, the entry living room has a comfortable sofa that can be used as a pullout bed. This space also has an office desk if needed for work purposes. This space also leads to the main living room, where you can relax and watch some TV in front of the fireplace. The living room TV has Xfinity TV, Netflix, Amazon Video, HBO Max, Peacock, Disney Plus, & Hulu. Downstairs also has a full kitchen with a dining area that has a circular dining table and four comfortable chairs. There's a half bath and laundry room with a washer and dryer. Yard Space: Come and experience this backyard oasis, newly planted 12-foot Leyland evergreen trees for better privacy, new 7-seater hot tub and cozy up next to the wood burning fire pit. The guests will access to the whole house. You can park on the property driveway and permitted street parking. Come in and out of the home with easy-to-use touch keypad at the entrance door. You have high speed internet, 24/7 Wi-Fi, and 2 TVs in the living room and master's room. Both TVs have Xfinity TV, Netflix, Amazon Video, HBO Max, Peacock, Disney Plus, & Hulu.

Excellent communication, location, and amenities… excellent Wi-Fi, streaming service available and appliances were great… including hot tub… absolute only suggestion would be to provide toiletries, extra paper towels and trash bags (at least enough for the duration of the stay).

We stayed here 2 nights on a family vacation. The Good-Good location- outside patio and fire pit were nice. The owners were great at communication. The kitchen was nice. The beds were comfortable. The Bad-Ants in kitchen and upstairs bathroom-no TP in the downstairs bathroom and no spare TP. ( they did bring over 2 rolls after I notified them) Not enough towels for the 6 of us. A closet door was off rails and bathroom slide door sticking. House is a little run down and could use an update.

It's a very nice house located in a quiet residential neighborhood. The location was very close to the venue where we attended a wedding, and we had good access to Portland and nearby attractions that we wanted to visit.

Hotels are to expensive for a full package deal of a good VRBO, so after a short search we settled on this beautiful home. It fit us perfectly and had the added bonus of a nice hot tub, that I was in need of. The neighborhood was nice, clean, and quiet. I hope our travels bring us back this way, because this home is at the top of my list.

This was the perfect location for us to visit family nearby. Everything we needed was within min of the house. Beds were comfortable and the hosts were great. Will stay again when we return to the area.

Nice neighborhood just close enough to downtown to be convenient to spend the day sightseeing but return home to relax in the evening (including in the hot tub). Clean and comfortable.
