Situated in Fayetteville, this attractive cabin for $699 per night is a great choice for your next break. Summary: Newly constructed custom designed retreat situated on 2 wooded acres in beautiful Wild Rock, a secluded /gated mountain community adjacent to New River Gorge and near Adventures on the Gorge (AOTG) where numerous adventures originate, e.g., whitewater rafting, zip-lining, etc. This property borders a 1-acre pond ideal for fishing, kayaking, paddle boarding, etc. Fully furnished with leather furniture, gas fireplace insert, custom kitchen and appliances, 5 HD & UHD TVs, internet, etc. The Space: First floor includes entry, utility/storage rooms, two master bedrooms/bathrooms w/showers, open kitchen/dining room/great room w/gas fireplace. Sliding glass doors lead from the great room to outdoor decks and hot tub. Deck stairs lead to pathway and outdoor fire pit. Camp path also continues down to Wild Rock Trails and fishing pond. Second floor includes bathroom with shower/tub, two bedrooms, one with twin beds and the other with a queen bed with a single bunk above. A sturdy steel ladder leads to the third level cupola/meditation room. A cul-de-sac/parking/unloading area just constructed, allows guests to unload supplies near the camp. Plenty of parking is available including a space for a boat. The Neighborhood: Gated Wilderness Retreat neighborhood. Other Things to Note: This is a pet friendly rental however, a $200 fee per pet per stay will be charged. This will be negotiated in a separate agreement. Guests should discuss the types of animals, breeds, etc., with the host.

The e house is very big and clean. Wonderful location in the woods, near a trail. It was very quiet. Large kitchen for cooking. Hot tub was a big plus. Thank you.

House was in great location! We had seven in our group and it was plenty of room. As a whole though the property itself need just a little attention. I’m a clean freak and there was a couple of things that bothered me at the beginning. Just a touch up and I was fine. (Seriously though the linen closet needs help!). The trails in the neighborhood were awesome! We did these in the evening and one day we took the trails to the Adventure Center. Great views of the Gorge. I’d definitely rent this property again!

The house is well kept and very comfortable. Loved the bedspreads, they were soo cozy. My teens loved the house and crows nest. The snow, hot tub, and view were exactly what we needed for our relaxing family getaway.

We chose this house for a holiday family reunion. Everyone was so comfortable just hanging out together, cooking, eating, and watching football. We lucked out with good weather and got to enjoy the many hiking trails and the hot tub. Everyone in the group wants me to book this house again!

This property has it all. Fayetteville is only 10 minutes away. There is a trail right off the backyard that you can take for a view of the New River Gorge Bridge. We will definitely be back.

We enjoyed our time spent at Camp McComas. It was so close to New River Gorge National Park which made for easy travel to the park and back. Enjoyed coming back to the house and relaxing in the hot tub and then by the fire after all the hiking we did in the park.

Very nice, new house in ideal location for our group of 8. Two minutes to Adventures on the Gorge & small general store, 5 minutes from New River Gorge visitor center, bridge view and historic scenic drive under bridge. House was well stocked, large TV, nice decks with tables & hot tub. Host was very responsive with a couple of questions.

Quality-built home perfect for outdoor activities. Kitchen well equipped. Furnishings very accommodating. Bathrooms/showers need some attention however (shower doors, lights, toilets). Request property mgr call to provide details. Family had a great time enjoying everything New River Gorge had to offer.

Close proximity to all the outdoor adventures in the gorge and surrounding areas. Hot tub clean and hot and perfect on the wooded private deck... to relax after an exhausting, adventurous day! Plenty of kitchen items, extra spices, sugars, coffee, tea, condiments and lots of little extras. Bed very comfortable and the quiet woods allowed for a great night's sleep. The property was beautiful! We had an incredibly relaxing time. The house itself was very clean and well stocked. There are so many wonderful activities around the house. But the property itself was so enjoyable. The wifi worked perfectly and the hot tub was an addee bonus. Thank you!

This is the 2nd year we have stayed at this home. Wonderful and efficient floor plan that is family friendly.... the kitchen is open to the family room all with a large nook table to fit 8-10 people. comfortable beds and nice finishes, the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. nice to come home to this house (and hot tub) after a hard day paddling with Adventures on the Gorge :-).

Great location for nearby whitewater rafting, and close to food/downtown. Lovely house and well-stocked kitchen. Note that while the setup is ideal for multiple couples, privacy is lacking as there are no blinds on some bathroom and bedroom windows.
