Newly renovated premier cozy cottage right in the heart of Fayetteville! Walk to everything. Minutes to the NRG Gorge and outdoor activities. The house is warm and charming. You'll want to tuck in and enjoy yourself in the living room or game room. Plenty of sleeping with 2 King beds, 1 queen, 2 doubles, 2 singles, and a queen sofa bed.

-Ace Adventure
-The New River Gorge Bridge
-Escape Rooms and fun activities
Under 10 Min Drive:
- Walmart, Lowes, Dollar Store, shopping centers
- Any type of outdoor activity you love to do
- Fast Food, coffee shops, chain restaurants
If you're looking for luxury, you'll find a hot tub in the spacious back yard, as well as a private sauna. You'll want to come back again and again to this home-away-from-home. The location couldn't be better. Sip tea on the front porch and watch people walk around the main street, or toast marshmallows around the firepit in the back yard.
The house has great amenities to make your stay feel like home with a kitchen stocked with all of the basics in cooking you'd need, coffee, teas, and flavorings. You can also grill in the back yard. Washer and dryer are free to use.

We loved the house and had a great time in Fayetteville and at the park! The house has a great vibe - it’s older but has been given a ton of TLC and feels new throughout. The location is right in the historic downtown and we walked all over the place. And it’s 1 mile from the NRG bridge. The sleeping situation was perfect for the family and the bunk room can really extend the number of people - you could do two couples and 5 total kids with nobody sharing a bed and only the kids sharing a room. The hot tub was nice, and I beat my kids at Pac-Man. 5-stars!

This is an older home that has been completely redone. It has such character and the themed decorations add such an additional touch. Plus location,location,location! It is right downtown and we were able to walk to a variety of different restaurants. There was even a farmers market with local foods and crafts right up the street. We had a relaxing time in the hot tub. Highly recommend this place. We will be booking again.
