The fully-equipped kitchen includes everything needed to prepare meals and entertain.
A full bathroom with a walk-in shower is conveniently located on the main floor.
Accessible by a flight of stairs inside the unit, or an elevator on property with access through the second bedroom.

Celebrating my sisters 60th birthday! What a great place to stay close enough to town and beach, pool was wonderful to have right there too. Plenty of space for all of us and they had everything we needed. Would definitely come back for another girls weekend. I also loved all the decor very cosy feel. Erin was wonderful at responding it was my first experience with VRBO.

We loved our stay. The host was communicative and helpful throughout the entire process. Our children most enjoyed the easy beach and pool access. Having beach chairs, umbrellas, a wagon, and sand toys made packing a breeze. Small household necessities like coffee, salt & pepper, paper towels, and such, meant that we could enjoy time in the space with fewer trips to the store. The pictures accurately capture the rooms and the amenities. The property was well kept, well lit, gated, and secure. We would recommend this rental to anyone wanting to explore St. Augustine. Perfect privacy when wanted and also close proximity to all that the beach town/surrounding area have to offer.

Condo was decorated with comfortable and stylish furniture. Kitchen was stocked with appliances and tools. Closet has everything we needed for the beach. Balcony view was nice as you could see the pool and beach. There were other balconies with a more direct view of the beach so I’d probably opt for those condos in the future. We didn’t go to watch TV but if we had that in mind then this would not have been the best pick as apps didn’t work on both TVs and the upstairs TV was tiny. However, for the price and what we were looking for these things didn’t bother us.
