Quiet
Very central if you have a car to drive to different areas/towns
Clean and beautiful flat

Pools nice and clean
In Viehhofen, you don’t have a huge selection of restaurants and cafes (just to be aware)
Beds in 181 was very very soft and pillows too uncomfortable for us sadly.

Location, equipment and size of the apartment. free hotel spa.
The designated "ski room" was not heated enough to dry our ski gear (especially ski boots) overnight, so we had to store them in the apartment.

good connection to zell am see express. people at the (external) dorfstadl restaurant were lovely
property needs work. we stayed at 133 and there were some unpleasant smells in the apartment. showering in a bathtub is not really a thing anymore in 2023. we stayed here 4 times already but this is the last time. since landal got kicked out the standards have gone down. there was trash out on the street and linen waiting to be picked up for days. pizza restaurant service and quality went down significantly…
