O apartamento é exatamente como descrito, confortável, com piso aquecido, banho com água bem quente, a vista para o Canal de Beagle é ótima. Fica perto do centro, caminhamos por uns 15 minutos para chegar lá. Fica ao lado do Shopping Paseo del Fuego, que tem um mercado para comprar tudo o que precisávamos. Ficamos muito satisfeitos e voltaríamos facilmente no mesmo apartamento. O Claudio sempre esteve à disposição por whatsapp para tirar alguma dúvida.

An amazing view from the balcony and as the weather was so good we were actually able to sit outside which we hadn’t expected. The lounge and dining area is comfortable and it’s a good shower.
It’s a shame the bed isn’t kingsize, the bedroom is definitely big enough.

La vue sur le canal de Beagle est appréciable et l’appartement est récent
Parking délicat dans la rue en terre qui dessert la résidence, dans un quartier peu engageant.
L’appartement est sale, équipé à minima et mal entretenu.
Ensemble très poussiéreux, rideau de douche déchiré, pas de sac poubelle dans la salle de bain, porte placard cuisine à réparer, fuite d’eau autour de l’évier, pomme de douche bouchée, robinet lavabo à réparer…
