The employees' sincerity and attention make you feel like a guest rather than a customer. They respond to every request very quickly and sincerely. Location is 10/10. They have a parking lot. They prepare you a very nice breakfast and coffee with their own hands. You will feel like a guest at a friend's house.
Although the rooms are very clean and the garden is very beautiful, because it is a stone building, the bathroom can be a bit cold in winter. It is a nice thing in spring and summer. For us, the only thing was that the bathroom was a little cold, but you can also deal with it if the room air conditioner and bathroom door are open.

Great location.
Nice company room.
Exceptionally friendly and helpful host.
Tasty breakfast.
Very safe and secure property.
Parking included (we had a hire car so very helpful)
The only annoying thing is that there was a nice little courtyard, that you can eat breakfast in. But we had quite a packed itinerary- so we didn’t really get to sit in it. It would be nice to hang out with friends if you had multiple rooms booked out as a group.

I booked this place because I had read about it on someone's blog - they said how nice the rooms were and how helpful the staff were - I can only agree!
Location - minutes from where the Airport bus to Shkoder drops you off. In a lovely part of town just off one of the main streets. This street is pedestrianised and full of bars and restaurants. A great location
Staff - were extremely friendly, helpful and replied to messages quickly.
Don't worry about buying your tickets to Valbona - you can buy directly from these...and u can leave your luggage and collect on return also - gutted they were full for return date and we cdn't stay again
Accommodation - what a lovely little place. Room was lovely and comfortable. Garden is cute. Lovely little kitchen area
And they give you a breakfast roll if you leave early

Our stay with Renato and Sheli was wonderful!
They were very attentive, quick to respond and very helpful at our arrival (waiting for us and helping with parking). They also gave us tips for Shkoder and the area.
The room was as described and spacious. The traditional breakfast was very good as well.
The mattress could be replaced.
