About this apartment rental
Comfortable home-feel type large modern studio apartment with high ceilling. Second floor, no elevator. Private space and separate entry. Enjoy the quiet space, gorgeous sunset view, and beautiful landscape, and smell the roses (during the season.) Listen to the birds, and smell the salty air and relaxing.
Cozy large bedroom, large bathroom, and walk-in closet. Smart TV with Netflix access. Small fridge with freezer, microwave, and coffee maker. No kitchen.
Plates, cups, glasses, and silverware are included.
Paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, dish soap, coffee filters, and sugar.
There are linens for the bed and one set of bath towels but please bring your own beach towels.
We have one double bike, three regular bikes, a kayak for two people, and a stand-up paddleboard. These are shared among guests from two other apartments. We don't have direct access to the water. However, we're a two-minute walk to the Albemarle Sound access, and a boardwalk makes it perfect for a sunset stroll. We're about a ten-minute walk to the ocean.
There's a distant view of the ocean from the bathroom and closet windows Bedroom faces the sound but the water view is blocked by trees.
Please note that the studio is located on the 2nd floor via outdoor stairs. If you have difficulty walking up the stairs, check out my other apartments on the ground floor.

We had a great stay overall and felt the studio was well worth the price. The space was roomy, clean, and comfortable, with a nice king-sized bed and towels provided for our stay. The hot tub was a great bonus and made for a relaxing experience.
The host was very kind and checked in with us during our stay to make sure everything was going well, which we appreciated.
The location is convenient, with a short walk to the sound. However, accessing the ocean requires crossing a busy street or driving and parking nearby. One thing to note is that the individual studios are not clearly labeled beyond the parking spots, so it’s helpful to know exactly which unit you’re looking for before arrival.
Overall, a comfortable stay with great amenities and a responsive host. We’d happily stay again!

Comfortable studio with plenty of amenities! Easy check-in process and wonderful location. Necla is a great host and we loved spending time with the cat in the garden.
