The owners are very friendly. They helped us with every question or problem we had.
The communication was very good and quick.
The room is in a busy neighborhood but the building is located in a more quiet side street.
That helps a lot to have less noise from the traffic.
The elevator was very welcome because we had a lot of luggage.
The room is modern and clean.
The airconditioning was really needed because it was very hot.
We had problems with the wifi in our room dropping out from time to time.
Personally we didn't like the neighborhood so much. It's very busy and feels cramped, but maybe that's typical for Naples?

Mario and his mum were lovely hosts. The B&B had been modernised to a high standard, there is an are where you can help yourself to tea and coffee. This is a lovely touch. Central location, 10 minutes walk to train and bus station, we used both to visit Pompeii and Hurculaneum
There was nothing to dislike about the property
