First and foremost, we booked the studio because it was nearby the airport. Condition which is met.
The host wasn’t kind at all although we explained her that we booked the property taking in consideration the fact that it has a private parking spot. We had a rented car and that’s why. PS: the car has been scratched that night while parked in the street.
Once we entered the studio, the cigarettes smell kicked in. It smelled outrageous and we had to open the window although it was very cold outside.
The bed sheets …. No comment for them. There were stains all over them. No bed cover, so we were cold all night long.
There was black mold all over the shower. The shower dripped in all the bathroom so the floor seemed like it was flooded.
Also, we texted booking and they informed us that they’ve asked the host for a refund.
