It was value for money … good stay with a reasonable price. Rooms were clean and bright overall good experience with the room
I didn’t like the breakfast option … only one item was there for breakfast and that also finished within an hour

No breakfast provided as complimentary. Before confirming the booking, I talked to to Treebo representative and he assured that Breakfast is complimentary (Please check voice recording on25/26th February, 2023). Since we were having three families occupied three rooms, it was a cheating from Booking.com/Treebo to backtrack from the assurance given by them. I again have a talk with Treebo higher level person and he vehemently denied that such a person named Ajay is not available with their Team. I never expect such unruly behavior from a company like Booking.com/Treebo. I have lot more to write but if someone directly call me from Booking.com (not a call centre person) I can defenitely tell the way behaved to me. Finally, I have paid the entire breakfast amount of (6 persons for two days) to the Hotel.
The attitude of Booking.com/Treeebo representative behaving with customers by offering false compliments.
