The property is a great location, only 10 minutes from the Gare du Nord which is a few stops on the metro, and also a few stops on the metro into 1st arr. the place is spacious and kitchen and bathroom comes equipped with toiletries and kitchenware. There is plenty of storage space and plenty of extra bedding and towels. The sofa bed was super easy to assemble.
A few minor issues including some of the blinds are not in the best condition. Also the bathroom is located in one of the bedrooms, so less privacy for the person in that bedroom. There is a separate toilet in the living area but no toilet in the bathroom.

Higijena je mogla biti malo bolja!

The location is perfect. It’s nearby restaurants, cafes and shops.
I think it can get a bit of an upgrade for the furniture

Super locatie met metro en winkels dichtbij. Gemakkelijk dat er 2 badkamers zijn. Airco werkte goed.
Zachte matrassen en kussens. Kraan hing los en was moeilijk te verzetten om water kouder of warmer te zetten. Weinig kookgerei. 1 slaapkamer boven een bar waardoor er nachtlawaai was tot 2u 's nachts.
