Claude and his son Jason were EXCELLENT hosts. Extremely helpful.
Apartment was very large, modern and newly renovated. Nicely furnished. Large kitchen, dining and living spaces. Has a very good sized bedroom and bathroom.
Washer dryer was a big selling point for us. Remember to keep the washer door open to stop mold smell (we had to run a cycle with bleach to get rid of the smell). Also remember that you have to empty the water accumulator in the dryer after each load.
Very good location. Located near Rue Montorqueil which is mostly closed for pedestrians and has tons of restaurants. Approximately a 20 min walk to Ponte Neuf or the Louvre.
Property was great but just a couple of suggestions:
Had to keep bedroom door open to get airflow from air conditioner in the main space. Used the provided Dyson fan to move air in the bedroom which was a very nice feature.
Would be great if there were a screen in the large bathroom double window to keep bugs/bird feathers out of the bathroom.

расположение было идеальным, внизу дома кондитерская со свежими круасанами, в 100 метрах супермаркет, очень много кафе и расторанов вокруг, где можно вкусно поужинать. В Галерею Лафайетт, Лувр, Оперу Гарнье мы ходили пешком за несколько минут. Также рядом метро, откуда легко можно доехать до Диснейленда. Все рекомендую если для Вас важна локация. Также хотим отметить гостеприимство Клода, всегда был на связи, помогал со всеми вопросами, рекомендовал места для посещения.

The host welcomed us to the property and helped us haul the luggage to the 4th floor.
Everything you need is provided. The host went over how to use all the facilities in detail, and having air conditioning was a huge plus!
The location is within walking distance (3-4 minutes) of S3 Sentier, very convenient.
Property on the 4th floor without a lift. The host owns the 1st, 2nd, and 4th floors. Be sure to choose a lower floor if you have elderly people in your travel group.
Ground floor entrance door release system failure from the 4th floor.
The living room is on a street-facing side, so it is not very quiet in the evening (if you sleep on the sofa bed).

Appartamento in posizione ottima! Vicinissimo al centro e ai servizi, ma buona anche la posizione per riposare.
Nell'appartamento c è tutto quello che serve. Ottima la presenza della lavatrice e dell asciugatrice.
Appartamento grande e spazioso.
Claudio, il proprietario, davvero una brava persona, cordiale e disponibile.
Le scale sono a dir poco inquietanti e sembrano davvero poco sicure. Questo ci ha portato un po di ansia nell udire rumori nella struttura.
La signora che effettua le pulizie forse non è molto attenta e pulita, abbiamo trovato cassetti non puliti e base della cucina un po sporca, ma nulla di grave o non rimediabile, ma poteva essere fatto bene per non avere questa questa recensione.
Inoltre non abbiamo apprezzato le lenzuola e tovaglie scure. Sarebbe stato meglio se fossero state bianche
