Joshua Tree and the communities surrounding the Joshua Tree National Park include Flamingo Heights, Pioneertown, Morongo Valley, Yucca Valley, and Landers. You’ll be close to everything at Boulder Surrounded Hot Tub. Some of our favorite options available to you: –Joshua Tree National Park: 800,000 acres of mystical beauty - Joshua Tree National Park is one of the world’s most incredible natural desert treasures. Sweeping, grand in scale and populated by granite monoliths and voluptuous rock and boulder formations. This quiet land, conducive to meditation and roaming, was carved by extremes in climate - wind, rain and an ever-present, relentless sun. Diverse forms of plant life are found everywhere, but none as unique or prevalent as the park’s namesake: the Joshua tree, standing majestically across the vast topography. –Pioneertown: Step back in time to thus rustic Old West-style village. Wander through the historic buildings, visit unique shops, catch a live music performance at Pappy & Harriets, and experience the Wild West charm. • The Integratron: New age-y healing destination with a sound bath, originally designed by ufologist George Van Tassel with the goal of reversing the aging process. Everything at your fingertips and more, when you book with us today! Guest Access: You will have the entire house and property to yourself. The Neighborhood: The 320-acre private community of Rock Reach is technically in the Town of Yucca Valley, but it feels like the middle of Joshua Tree National Park – without the crowds. Most of the landscape is an untouched wonderland of weathered boulders, pinon pines, desert oak and juniper trees. Rock Reach provides the perfect blend of pristine desert and easy access to amenities in town. The West Entrance of Joshua Tree National Park is a 20-minute drive away, and the shops, restaurants, and things to do in Yucca Valley and Joshua Tree Village. A few of favorite spots in Joshua Tree Village include Space Cowboy Books, the World Famous Crochet Museum, and the Joshua Tree Saloon. In addition to shopping and dining, you won’t want to miss these nearby highlights: • Pioneertown (15-minute drive) - Put on your ten-gallon hat and stroll down Mane Street of this Wild West-inspired town, also known for Pappy & Harriet’s, a notable restaurant and venue. • Noah Purifoy Outdoor Desert Art Museum (20-minute drive) - As far from a stuffy gallery as you can imagine, this outdoor sculpture garden contains a unique collection of folk-art. • The Integratron (20-minute drive) - New age-y healing destination with a sound bath, originally designed by ufologist George Van Tassel with the goal of reversing the aging process. • Palm Springs (40-minute drive) - Artsy town known for vintage shopping, art galleries, and the Palm Springs Aerial Tramway. • Mt. San Jacinto State Park (90-minute drive) - Expansive, hilly landscape with foot and horseback trails surrounding 10,834-foot Mount San Jacinto. This house is perfect for connecting with the desert vibe, visiting the park, and heading over to Palm Springs for a few hours. Nice design, layout and appointments. The view, especially sunrise, was better than expected. Use of the garage is a nice touch. The primary bedroom/bath area is a little too open for my taste. The toilet is in a closed area, but everything else is open. The road in isn't great. Do not follow GPS. For safety, I'm asking the host to update the directions to use the dedicated turn lane one street to the south (recently paved) instead of stopping in the middle of a busy highway to turn left in front of oncoming traffic. All things considered, it was perfect! We will be back.

We had a wonderful stay at The other desert house. The house is beautiful and well appointed. It was clean, check in and communication was great. The outdoor spaces are thoughtfully placed around the house to be able to enjoy stunning sunsets, sunrises and surrounding. We sure hope to come back again.
