Här kan du njuta flera uteplatser, vedeldad bastu och murade grillar. Bil parkerar du i carporten uppe på tomten eller nere vid vägen. På båda sidor om huset finns gräsytor och inslag av natur. Vid hus 2 finns en vedeldad bastu med altaner och härliga grillplatser. Den delas med ev boende i hus 1.
