We were in town for a wedding and this was the perfect house for our family of four. They had the best passcode/access to property system I’ve ever seen at a rental, so easy!

This property was just right in all the ways we needed. Close enough to town but not on a busy street. Parking was plenty and the space in the house was great. Nicely decorated and furnishings were quality. Thank you for making it easy to stay somewhere like home.

The house is wonderful and well-equipped. It is just a couple of blocks from the charming shops, excellent restaurants, museum, and river park & walk of Independence. The neighborhood is quiet and friendly. The property owners were helpful and responsive. The yard is a lovely space for enjoying a chat or playing. Plus, there is a ping pong table in the garage which I loved!

This was perfect for us...even the dogs! It had everything we needed. Comfy beds. Fully equiped kitchen. Amy was so pleasant and accommodating. Great neighborhood. Peaceful and quiet. We'll definitely stay there again!

The house is a short walk from the river and a charming downtown. Loved it!

We visited Independence for the OR Wine run - the house was perfect - it was clean, a nice backyard, and great location to downtown. We were able to walk to the park for the start of the run and not have the hassle of driving. We were also able to take advantage and enjoy some recommended food in the area that did not disappoint. Very relaxing space.

Great location easy walking distance to parks, shops, restaurants. House is very well equipped, clean, great entertainment options. Host responds almost immediately if issue arose. Would gladly stay here again in the future

Loved the small town feel, but also ability to get to a ton of other places within an hour. A combined family trip to see some colleges as well as do a race in Salem and we were able to do everything from one home base here. Also tacked on a day visit to wine country. Able to get into Salem within 15 minutes and visited both Eugene and Corvallis with easy day trips due to the highway being so easy to access. House itself was exactly what we needed. Great side and backyard for our dog to travel with us. Nice kitchen that had a few treats there for us when we arrived (chips and cookies for kids and a bottle of wine for my wife and I). We were in and out non-stop, but streaming services were great for some background noise as we got ready each morning. Had some struggles with the AC/Cooling system, but that was more user error than anything else and once we figured a few things out it was very comfortable despite a pretty significant heat wave in the summer. Much cheaper than a hotel for a family of four with a dog and 100x nicer. Five stars all the way and would book here anytime I was in the Oregon area. Thanks for a great stay.

We fell in love with Independence! What a great town! And the house couldn’t have been better! We walked downtown several times throughout our 10 day stay and enjoyed the restaurants, bakery, coffeehouse, trail, etc. what a great location! The house is so cute and very clean!!! The hosts are incredibly responsive and we’re very helpful with anything we needed. The beds are very comfortable and it was so nice to have a room for both kids. The neighborhood is quiet. I can’t recommend this place enough!

We came for my son's graduation and this house worked out great even though we only had four of us for three days. Very neatly kept with everything you need. We didn't cook in the residence but ventured to all the restaurants around the area but the kitchen was well equiped. If it were to be one of my rental houses I would toss the Amazon Fire Tv and hook up to something with more variety like You Tube Tv or Sling as we didn't have any kids with us and didn't want to bother. We didn't come for the TV but my 85 yr old mom likes to watch the news once in awhile so that would of been cool. A nice add on would be a Roku since I'm such a gadget dude and have like 17 Sonos speakers around my house. Overall a great little house, well done!!

We had a little glitch checking in but the owner was right on top of it. The house was clean and comfortable and suited our needs for the weekend. It is located just a few blocks from Riverside park where all of the 4th of July festivities were going on. We were able to walk to restaurants, bakery and small convenience store along with many other local businesses. If we need to stay in the area again we would be happy to book this house again.
