I have been renting through VRBO for twenty plus years and can honestly say that communication with Noel was flawless. He is a pleasure to work with and answered all of my questions virtually instantly and with an honesty that was greatly appreciated. The home was exactly as advertised with pleasant surprises with every new drawer and door opened. Mr. Mendez has spared no expense in "outfitting" his home and my little family had a fantastic time. Watchung the game from the swimming pool, beverage in hand, wow!I will take this opportunity to thank Mr. Mendez for allowing us into his beautiful home and would encourage anyone contemplating "borrowing" his house to contact him and experience both his courtesy and relax at his wonderful home.Chris

We loved staying in this beautiful home in a quiet neighborhood. The space is very comfortable and extremely well stocked. The outdoor kitchen, lounge area, and heated pool are great amenities. An unexpected bonus was a daily visit from 3 manatees in the channel! Noel and Christina were quick to respond to our questions and are excellent hosts. We would enjoy staying here again!
