About this house rental
Summary:
Our home is located in a family-friendly, gated community with 30 acres of ocean-front property and a private security guard!
The best ocean views! Our waterfront home features 3 rooms. Two bedrooms are master suites with Cali-King beds and en-suite bathrooms. Additionally, there is a 3rd-floor space/bedroom, with ocean views, another king bed and queen bed! This 3rd floor is up loft-ladder stairs (photos provided).
The Neighborhood:
Quiet family community in West Maui... 15-20mins from a plethora of shopping, activities, and restaurants!
Getting Around:
It's recommended to rent a car to see all of what Maui has to offer, however, it is not necessary with other options such as Uber, walking or bikes.
Other Things to Note:
Our home is in Lahaina, near where the August 2023 fires were. We are technically in what they classify as the "burn zone" but all hazardous materials are cleaned up. There are many restaurants, activities and places to shop just 15min drive to the north in Ka'anapali and another 10min north is Kapalua. Our home is in a very private and quite oasis! It's beautiful!

We can’t say enough amazing things about the property/location or the host! With 3 toddlers, this house was a dream to be in walking distance to the beach. The house was fully stocked with anything and everything we needed. We’d 10/10 stay here again for another family trip.

The view and location here are unbeatable! Right on the ocean, and close to everything in town. The most well stocked VRBO I have ever stayed in, everything you needed was available in the kitchen, several garbage bags, dishwasher and laundry pods, you usually only get two of each of these things. Beds were comfortable and the showers were really cool. We had some issues with the AC when we arrived, but the property manager Kevin was very responsive. Only suggestion is for condo owners to purchase new living room furniture. It's starting to show wear and tear, and two of the recliners do not work.

Great location and nice house, very close to both neighbors and not a lot of privacy outside. Lots of road noises!
The plumber had to come to clean the drains and the downstairs flooded one evening.
Air conditioning worked great.
