Ales (the host) has exceeded all expectations with his comprehensive and informative check-in and check-out procedures, and additional information in regard to restaurants and transport. The apartment security system was brilliant and the apartment was fully equipped with everything we need and want. The location was excellent too.
The only slight hiccup was the bed was squeaky. Ha ha.

Spacious and bright apartment in a proximity to the old town center. Equipped kitchen. Very detailed instructions from the owner upon reservation. Right in front of the building there is a very good restaurant for lunch/dinner or breakfast (all you can eat - 11€ p.p. aprox). Bakeries and supermarkets are within 5-7min walk. Street parking (payment app to be downloaded etc).
Everything is nice. Minor comment but not critical, kettle and coffee machine can be upgraded/replaced with the newer version.
