About this house rental
NEW UPDATES!!! Large heated private pool with spa. Open-air concept home built in 2019. Air-conditioning, ceiling fans inside and outback on the privately caged in lanai. Huge eat-in kitchen with table for 4 and 2 additional seats at the counter, newly renovated laundry room, Living room, and dining room with a large dinner table. 4 large bedrooms. Master has a King bed, walk-in closet, huge shower, and soaker tub with a private toilet. 2 Bedrooms with queen beds and large closets share a full bathroom. 4th room is an office with a desk and ceiling fan. Black-out curtains through out the house help keep out the Florida heat. 3 car garage on a corner lot. Short drive to several beautiful beaches. Plenty of great restaurants and parks nearby not to mention large sidewalks to tour the beautiful South Gulf Cove neighborhood. Boca Grande is only a 15-minute drive to see the most beautiful beaches. Other beaches are less than a 30-minute drive.
