About this house rental

Sugarloaf Farmstay is a beautiful, tranquil working farm surrounded by 100 acres of farmland in the Nug Nug valley. Nug Nug is at the very heart of the Alpine Region in Country Victoria. With breathtaking views of Sugarloaf Peak and proximity to Mt Buffalo National Park and the Alpine Valley towns of Myrtleford, Porepunkah and Bright, Sugarloaf Farmstay is the perfect place to escape.
Hereford cows can be seen wandering the farm house perimeter at dusk and we enjoy a wide variety of birdlife, along with trout in the nearby waterways.
A tree lined driveway leads you to Sugarloaf Farm stay which is located at the foot of beautiful Mount Buffalo, 15 km south of Myrtleford. This newly renovated 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home can sleep up to 6 guests comfortably. Some of the best things to do in the Victorian Alpine Region are within easy reach with Lake Buffalo (10km), Mt Buffalo (60km) and the nearby Alpine Region towns of Myrtleford, Bright, Beechworth and Milawa only a short drive away. The open plan home has a full-sized kitchen with electric stove, large fridge, dishwasher and microwave oven. The lounge/dining area has a reverse cycle air conditioner and wood heater. A full size laundry with washer and dryer makes Sugarloaf Farm stay a home away from home. The ideal place to relax, unwind, reconnect and enjoy views of Mount Sugarloaf, bushland and surrounding farm land.
Whilst we do anticipate Wi-Fi will be available during your stay, it is not guaranteed. Wi-fi availability is dependent on the network provider. The owner will not be held accountable for network errors.

Sugarloaf farmhouse in the heart of the Ovens Valley provided every comfort we could think of amidst beautiful mountain pasturelands. The quiet was only broken by birdsong, the small brook & distant cattle noises.

Very beautiful property, extremely well equipped and phenomenal views. One of those properties that is better than it looks in the photos.

We LOVED our stay. The house is beautiful, the views of rolling hills, cows and rushing creak were amazing, and the house had everything we needed. It was all so much better than the photos indicated! And we enjoyed being unplugged from the internet for the weekend with the kids (Telstra phone worked for us, but no other networks).
