avoid at all costs

Avoid at all costs, both the apartment and Victus Apartments. Additionally, I have seen few positive comments recently, and I doubt these are real as no sane person could say anything good about this apartment and Victus Apartments in general. Let me explain. My parents and my kids were staying in the apartment for more than 3 weeks. I came to Sopot as well just to see this with my own eyes. Issues upon arrival: Freezer did not work. I raised this with the management company on multiple occasions, they just ignored me. Shower did not work. In the beginning, it was boiling hot only. I raised this with Victus Apartments and some handy man came later on and ‘fixed’ it with a wrench. It was not a fix to be frank, he just made water not that hot. We still could not change the temperature. They promised us to fix it, but this never happened. Kettle was broken, they gave as a new one to be fair. No kitchen towels, they provided as with a new ones to be fair. There were only 4 bath towels, some of them were falling apart. We asked to provide bath towels and got the answer that they provide only one set of towels per person. I am assuming the workers and owners of this Victus apartments wipe their faces and bottoms with the same towel and find this a norm. Linens were dirty, some sheets were missing. And frankly, the linen were so worn down, that I would not even use them as a floor mop. if I were to sum it up - a budget apartment with 20 years old furniture, but looks a lot worse in real life. There are signs of cosmetic repairs and some things are ok. Laminated floor has spaces in between as it is very old, kitchen doors are falling apart, sofas are uncomfortable to sleep on as the soft filling has fallen apart and you basically sleep on wooden edges. Poor design of shower makes door frame swollen after exposure to the water. Good things - internet was ok and more or less modern smart tv.
