The staff were very helpful, they arranged vegetarian dinner for us. Rooms had vintage vibes and room size is good.

I really enjoyed the peaceful setting of Princess Bungalows. The garden is lovely, and the quiet little road leading to the property gives it a very pleasant and relaxing atmosphere, while the location is still very convenient and close to the centre of Nuwara Eliya. The house itself has its own charm and character, with a lovely old-fashioned, colonial feel that suits the surroundings beautifully. The staff were also very friendly, warm and helpful throughout my stay. Overall, a charming and peaceful place in a great location.

Het tweepersoonsbed en de ligging.
Het eenpersoonsbed is echt verschrikkelijk. Een harde plank ondanks dat we om een extra matras vroegen.

El jardín era bonito. Ducha con agua caliente y buena presion.
Habia unas pequeñas ventanas en la parte superior de la habitación que conectaban con la recepción, por lo que se escuchaba todo el ruido de la recepción y se escuchaba todo lo que se hablaba en la habitación, además por ahi también entraba el frio. Lo peor fue que cuando me iba a secar después de la ducha, descubrí que la toalla blanca tenia manchas marrones (adjunto foto) muy desagradables. Al decirselo al chico de recepción me dijo que ya lo sabian y que no pasaba nada, que no se iba. Es inaceptable tener las toallas en ese estado y en vez de disculparse, intentar justificarlo.
