Situated in Twentynine Palms, this lovely house for $103 per night is a great option for your next break. Welcome to Astro – a centrally located, Moroccan themed get-a-way in the heart of 29 Palms!! Our fully remodeled bungalow is just 10 minutes from the entrance of Joshua Tree National Park and is the perfect home base for a family or group of up to 5 friends. This home has everything you need for a relaxing time, unique touches in every room to give you those desert vibes. Relax in one of our comfortable bedrooms, cook meals in the updated kitchen, work from home comfortably in a separate sitting area with plentiful throw pillows, lounge in the spacious backyard with a glass of wine, or soak at night in a private hot tub under the stars. The space Built in 1942 but fully renovated in 2021, Astro is a darling mid-century modern bungalow located conveniently in the Adobe area of 29Palms next to a local art studio. 10 mins from the entrance of Joshua Tree National Park and a few minutes drive to downtown 29 Palms. Our home faces a busy main road so there is some street noise if the front door is open, but the rest of the home, including the ample yard is sunken in a bit to allow for privacy and relaxation. Our home features an open concept space with a cozy futon suitable for one additional guest, a Smart TV with Roku, hi speed WiFi, a 4-person dining table, and a kitchen equipped with dishware, cookware, microwave, toaster, and coffee pot. New wood-look flooring throughout the home, freshly painted, quartz countertops, large farm sink in a kitchen fully loaded with stainless steel appliances. You can choose from two similarly sized bedrooms with comfy queen beds, each adjacent to it’s own bathroom stocked with towels, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Outside you’ll find a large outdoor dining table with seating for 6, a wood burning fire pit with lounge chairs, a gas BBQ grill, a seasonal cowboy soaking tub, and a private hot tub to watch the sunset or soak in the desert air under the stars! There is plenty of parking in the circular driveway and additional parking along the side and back of the home. Upon request, we’ll welcome one well-behaved small dog - up to 25lbs. We require a one-time non-refundable $100 pet fee if you bring your house-trained dog. Do NOT leave pets unattended in the unfenced yard and please clean up after your pet! Guest access You’ll have keyless entry and have the place to yourself. We’re always just a phone call away if you need anything! WiFi Reliable, hi-speed 200+ mbps WiFi Parking There is ample parking on the property for up to four cars Cameras For security purposes, we do have cameras on the outside of the property. They are only monitored if there is an issue or safety/security concern. Heating & Cooling The house is equipped with mini-split units in each bedroom and one in the main living space. They provide both heating and air conditioning to keep you comfortable day and night. Kitchen Our remodeled full kitchen has a stainless steel fridge, stove, microwave, toaster and offers everything you need such as dishes, cups, silverware, coffee maker, pots, pans, and cooking utensils. Pets Astro welcomes one well-behaved, house trained dog under 25 lbs. There is a non-refundable $100 pet fee and we kindly request that you clean up after your pet! Great house close to Joshua Tree entrance! Everything inside the house was clean and easy to access. Linda, the host, was a great communicator and helped us find everything we needed. The front of the house is facing a main street, but the backyard has a great private feeling and the jacuzzi and fire pit were wonderful. Would definitely stay again!

This small but cozy home has everything you need. Great for a couple or no more than 4. Open back yard, hot tub beautiful kitchen. Cute bedroom with LED sign. Definitely would stay here again.

My wife and I were looking for a nice secluded house in the desert for our anniversary vacation and this house checked all the boxes. The house is incredible, it was super clean and amazingly cozy. The kitchen has everything you need, every room has a ceiling fan and A/C unit, and the bathrooms are both fully stocked with the necessities. The backyard is the absolute best. The views of unrestricted desert goes on for miles, there’s nobody else around, and the sunsets are incredible with the eastern facing view. The spa is super nice, the hanging lights are perfect, and the cowboy tub is an awesome addition that my wife couldn’t wait to use. The hosts even include a pair of pliers in the kitchen drawer that are required for the plug on the cowboy tub. That speaks to the level of detail the host employed when setting up this house. It’s not filled with unnecessary stuff, it just has everything you need for an amazing getaway. The check-in process was flawless and Linda reached out to me almost immediately after booking our trip to welcome us. She also provided a website that included information for everything in the house and the surrounding area. This detailed all kinds of useful information such as where the light switches are, which lights have timers, how to use the A/C units, and basically everything else in the house. It was amazing to have all of that information readily available. The host is also very quick to respond to any questions you may have. Overall, this was one of the best and most prepared houses we’ve ever had the pleasure of renting for a getaway. I would recommend this desert oasis 10/10 times, it’s that good!

The house was very cute! All the little accents made it feel cozy and quaint. Unfortunately the weather didn’t allow us to take advantage of the spa, but Here’s hoping for another trip another time to try it out. Watching the sun set from the backyard was pretty damn breathtaking! Linda was great and attentive.
