A really excellent stay. The apartment was clean and spacious, the room and bed very comfortable, and everything worked perfectly — hot water included, which matters in Nuwara Eliya.
The highlight was Babu, the caretaker. He helped us with absolutely everything. When I mentioned I wanted to arrange a Horton Plains tour, he introduced us to a good driver and sorted it out. We struggled to wake up for the 4:30am start, and Babu was kind enough to call and get us moving — we'd have missed it otherwise. He also recommended good restaurants nearby and was reachable any time we needed something. Always smiling, always polite.
The apartment alone would have been worth it, but Babu is what made the stay. Highly recommended.

The property was beautifully decorated, really modern and comfortable. The property was clean and the facilities were excellent. The property is in walking distance of the town centre and Babu was very helpful and accommodating. Thank you very much for our lovely stay.

Departamento muy espacioso y cómodo, cocina muy completa. El anfitrión súper atento a nuestras necesidades. Sin dudas nos volveríamos a alojar.

There is a lot of space in the living area and bedroom and the bed was very comfortable. The shower was also good. The owner has clearly listened to previous feedback and provided a portable heater. With that we were a perfectly comfortable temperature.
The one bed property is ground floor and overlooks someone’s driveway right outside the windows. For privacy we kept the curtains closed. The flat also feels and smells damp. A dehumidifier would be very beneficial. The shower room is also very tight to get in and out of as the door opens inwards.
