We had an absolutely wonderful 2-night stay at Nuwara Eliya Luxury Apartment from 5 September to 7 September, and honestly, it was a fantastic experience from start to finish!
The apartment was very clean, spacious, comfortable, and peaceful. We stayed with 5 adults, and the apartment was more than spacious enough for all of us. Having two bedrooms and two bathrooms was a huge advantage and made our stay very convenient and comfortable, especially for a group of five.
The apartment was also in a very calm and relaxing environment, which made it a perfect place to enjoy the cool Nuwara Eliya atmosphere. Everything was neat, well maintained, and thoughtfully arranged. We really appreciated how clean the entire apartment was, including the bathrooms and other facilities.
A special mention goes to the room boy, who was extremely friendly, kind, and helpful. His welcoming attitude and willingness to help made our stay even more enjoyable. Excellent hospitality like this really makes a difference!
Another BIG highlight was the kitchen! 😍 The kitchen had everything we needed, with all the necessary equipment and facilities available. We were able to prepare our own dinner and breakfast during our stay, which was extremely convenient and made us feel right at home. Having a fully equipped kitchen was definitely one of the best features of the apartment.
For a group of 5 adults, this apartment was absolutely perfect. We had plenty of space, comfortable bedrooms, two bathrooms, a lovely calm atmosphere, and all the facilities we needed for a relaxing stay.
Overall, this was a verrrrrryyyyy niceeeee stay! ❤️ The cleanliness, spaciousness, peaceful environment, excellent kitchen facilities, comfortable bedrooms, two bathrooms, and especially the friendly service made our experience really memorable.

The location was very convenient and easy to access, while still being pleasantly quiet despite being right in the heart of the city. The property was well-equipped with all the kitchen appliances we needed, which was very convenient during our stay. The property staff and host were also incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful.
The check-in process took a little longer than expected as it took around 15–20 minutes to receive the keys. However, the wait was still quite reasonable and understandable. One small suggestion would be to provide towels for guests, as having them available would make the stay even more convenient and comfortable.
