Its in the middle of nuwara eliya , the staff are so kind and helpful. Breakfast was okay they have two types either english or srilankan. The room is cozy and it has a portable AC. Its a safe place.
There was a bad and very strong smell in the toilet. The bedsheet and duvette are too old and it needs to be changed. I wish if they had more breakfast options.

C I Residence is a wonderful place to stay in Nuwara Eliya. The rooms are clean and comfortable, the surroundings are peaceful, and the staff are very friendly and helpful. We had a pleasant and relaxing stay. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Nuwara Eliya! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

We liked the wooden structure of the hotel! And the continental breakfast.
The room was very humid and there was no heating. Outside it was 12° so we needed a bit to acclimate.
