We recently spent two wonderful nights at Melford in Nuwara Eliya, and it was an absolute delight from start to finish.
A huge part of what made our stay so special was our super host, Bandara. He is genuinely one of the friendliest, most helpful, and down-to-earth people you could ever hope to meet. His warm smile and top-notch hospitality made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived.
The food was another major highlight—incredibly flavourful and served with wonderful variety. And given the crisp Nuwara Eliya weather, asking for tea multiple times was a must, and Bandara always made sure it was delivered piping hot and freshly brewed.
What more could anyone possibly ask for? If you are looking for a cozy, heartwarming getaway in Nuwara Eliya, Melford is the place to be.
