Your second-floor room is on the side of the building, three doors down from the oceanfront corner of the building. From the wraparound shared deck, you have an expansive ocean view where you can regularly see dolphins swimming by. The HOA tows vehicles without a parking pass. - A lost or missing pass will incur a $200 fee, and a damaged pass will incur a $20 fee. The HOA charges the fees, so it will be passed along to you. - For nightly reservations, an additional pass is available for $25 per reservation for a max of two parking passes total. For monthly reservations, an additional pass is available for $100 for a max of two parking passes total per reservation. Upon booking, please let us know if the additional pass is something that you will need. ---THINGS TO NOTE FROM THE HOA--- - This is a non-smoking condominium community. - Pets are not allowed in our particular space. You may, however, notice pets on the property as owners are allowed to have pets. - Boats/boat trailers are not allowed in the parking lot. - Be sure to hang your parking pass from your vehicle’s rearview mirror.
