Kitchenette is fully stocked with dishes, silverware, and glasses. There is a brand new GE convection toaster oven. BBQ on patio. Towels for the shower and the pool. Guests will have private access to the studio unit and it will not be shared with any other guests. The upper level is a separate private residence with no access. Large community pool directly behind our unit. There is a community beach volleyball court. 24 hours prior to check in guests will be provided their own code to access the property. There will be one parking pass provided which will allow you to park in a guest spot within the community. Military and First Responder discount is available during non-peak dates.
