Half a mile from the incredible shopping and dining found at historic Punta Gorda Downtown. * Punta Gorda Private Pool Home Sleeps up to 6 * 3 Bedrooms / 2 Bathrooms * Additional Family Room * Dog-Friendly +$ * Fenced in backyard * Private Pool faces Northeast * Kayaks / Bikes * Canal leads to Charlotte Harbor * Fully Equipped Kitchen with dining for 8 at the dining table * Seating area with fire table on lanai overlooks the pool and canal *Hurricane Ian Update: Dock collapse- Brand New Roof and Pool Cage - Dock will be completed in June of 2024 The side backyard is now fenced in for dogs to enjoy the backyard. The house and pool are in good shape, with no damages. BEDROOMS (Single-story home) - Bedroom 1: Master King Bedroom (Private attached Bathroom) - Bedroom 2: One Queen Bedroom - Bedroom 3: One Queen Bedroom Pool Heater Charges and Information: Pool heat is an additional cost of $200 per week or $500 per month PLUS TAX. Pool is 23x19 D 5' Please note that our pools are serviced on a weekly basis. BBQ: - There is a BBQ at this property for complimentary guest use. - While there is a propane tank included with the BBQ, we do not provide refills. - Guests are welcome to swap the tank at any local store. - BBQ must be cleaned upon guest departure or an additional $56 fee will be charged. Dog-Friendly Home (+$) *This is a dog-friendly home *There is an additional $250 plus tax nonrefundable fee * There is a two-dog limit * Dog(s) must be disclosed and the additional fee must be paid prior to arrival. Parking: Two Car Garage Two Car Driveway No boat trailer or RV parking is allowed in the driveway per HOA guidelines. There are local storage facilities nearby to park the trailer off-site. FOR GUESTS WHO BOOK 30 NIGHTS OR LONGER STAYS: (this does not apply if you are staying less than 30 nights) We will collect a $1,500 deposit. Balance is due 60 days prior to arrival If canceled 90 days or more before arrival, we keep with us $250.00. $1,250.00 will be refunded. If canceled between 61 and 89 days prior to arrival, we keep with us the $1,500.00 deposit. No cancellation or modification 60 days or less prior to arrival.

I try to give honest and accurate reviews on the properties I've stayed at. Some have been nice and others not so much. I often don't give five stars as "there is always something better out there". Well this is the place that deserves the five stars. I have absolutely no complaints about this beautiful home. It was as described and more. The home was very clean and comfortable. The pool was perfect. I have been at other places that had internet tv that was spotty at best but this property was fast and flawless, with uninterrupted tv. The location is ideal also. My only complaint is I had to leave after one week.

Had a great stay in Punta Gorda. Pool was nice and clean. Lots of fridge room and the kayaks and beach chairs were great. Frontage on canal was messed up from hurricane and was noted by owners but was not a major issue for us.

We are SANIBEL residence that needed a place to stay for 5 weeks. This home and Punta Gorda we’re great-good location-biking-shopping-dining very near our door. Even found a “mini” beach!

This house has everything! Great location close to FIsherman's Village and downtown Punta Gorda. A boat dock in your backyard if you choose to rent a boat or have one of your own. The house is spotless and well updated. They have all the toys you'll need if you like activity. A pool, kayaks, bicycles, etc.

House was very clean very quite neighborhood loved the tvs set up had no problems also spent a lot of time in pool. It was great house all the comforts of home! Definitely would recommend to anyone that would like to rent.

Great place with everything we needed

Beautiful canal home with large kitchen and pool area, large bedrooms with comfy beds, large dining table, 2 living areas, TVs everywhere, and 2 bikes and 2 kayaks. Very close to Fisherman's Village. Had a great time and would definitely stay here again.
