The location is very convenient, particularly as it is close to the souk where I regularly meet with my brand partners. The souk is easily accessible on foot, making the hotel a practical and convenient choice for my business meetings around the area.

The room was quite noisy during my stay. I could clearly hear the opening and closing of doors from neighboring rooms, and there were also some unusual noises coming from outside through the windows. Despite this, my overall stay was good. I would have rated my experience at 10. However, my post-stay experience was unfortunately not up to the standard I expected. I accidentally left some receipts in my room after checking out and contacted the Front Office to kindly request scanned copies, as I urgently need the information reflected on them. The lady who initially assisted me was very helpful and accommodating, which I truly appreciated. However, when I followed up regarding my request, I was assisted by a Duty Manager, whose name I believe was Sawtiq (I may not have the name spelled correctly). Unfortunately, his response was quite unhelpful and resistant, and I was simply advised to return to Dubai to collect the receipts myself. (I live in Abu Dhabi) I find this disappointing, particularly as I was only requesting assistance with obtaining scanned copies of documents that were left behind in the room. Asking a guest to travel back to Dubai solely for this purpose does not reflect the level of service and hospitality I would expect from a hotel. As a hotelier myself, I understand the importance of guest service and going the extra mile to assist guests, particularly when a reasonable request can be accommodated remotely. I hope this feedback can be reviewed with the team, as while my overall stay was good, the post-stay handling of this matter unfortunately left a negative impression.
