The location was excellent and the view was beautiful. Check in and accessing the property was easy. The owner was very responsive and helpful. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom was remodeled. The unit was vintage and charming.
The property advertised a/c, but had just a small window and two portable air conditioners for the entire unit. They didn't hold up with temps in the 90's, no insulation & large single pane windows. It was so hot and uncomfortable. It needs some upgrades and a mini split.

The view and hot tub the bed is so comfortable!!! We loved that it was so dog friendly!! Our pup has cancer and it meant the world to have a comfortable place by the beach to create great memories!
It was a little hot when we arrived but there was a heatwave that day

Location, location, location!
Could use a little more updating (pull out bed specifically)
